Fitivve and Mostyn Enterprise
Fitivve is a brand of Mostyn Enterprise F.Z.E, a Free Zone Establishment registered in Ajman, United Arab Emirates under licence 56703, registered address Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Premises B.C. 1306485, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. Who may have a withdrawal right
Consumers in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area and some other countries may have a statutory cooling off or withdrawal right for an online purchase. Your eligibility, deadline and remedies depend on the law where you live. Mandatory local rights always apply.
Withdrawal period
Where a 14 day right applies, it generally begins when the membership contract is formed. Send your notice before the deadline. You do not need to give a reason.
Starting the service immediately
At checkout you may be asked to request immediate access to the digital service and acknowledge how this affects a statutory withdrawal right. Depending on local law and how the service is supplied, a proportionate amount may be payable for service already provided or the right may end after full digital performance. How to withdraw
Email support@fitivve.com from the address linked to your account. State clearly that you wish to withdraw from your Fitivve Pro contract and include your name, account email, order date and order reference if available. Do not send card or bank details. You may also use any withdrawal control provided in Settings.
Model wording
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for Fitivve Pro. Name: [your name]. Account email: [your email]. Order date: [date]. Order reference: [if available]. Date of notice: [date].
What happens next
We will acknowledge the request and, where it is valid, instruct the merchant of record to refund amounts due to the original payment method without undue delay and within any mandatory statutory deadline. Access may end when withdrawal takes effect.
Other cancellation and refund rights
You can stop future renewals at any time even if no statutory withdrawal right applies. See the Refund Policy for billing errors, duplicate charges and service issues. This instruction does not limit other mandatory consumer remedies.
