This owner issued policy is designed for international use but is not a substitute for advice from qualified lawyers in every country where Fitivve is offered. Local consumer, privacy and health data laws may give you additional rights and always prevail where they cannot lawfully be limited.
Fitivve and Mostyn Enterprise
Fitivve is a brand of Mostyn Enterprise F.Z.E, a Free Zone Establishment registered in Ajman, United Arab Emirates under licence 56703, registered address Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Premises B.C. 1306485, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. About Fitivve
Fitivve is a lifestyle coaching and technology platform. Fitivve is not a clinic, does not prescribe or supply medication, does not diagnose conditions and does not provide medical advice. Always speak to your prescriber or another qualified healthcare professional about your medication, your dose and your health.
Your account
You must be 18 or over to create an account. Keep your login details private and give us accurate information, because your coaching content is based on what you record. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Fitivve Pro membership
The current membership price, billing interval, currency, included features and any trial or promotion are shown at checkout before you commit. Unless checkout says otherwise, membership is billed in advance and renews automatically for the same period until cancelled. Features may evolve, but material paid functionality will not be removed without reasonable notice.
Billing and cancellation
Payments are taken by our payment provider acting as merchant of record, which issues the order confirmation or invoice. You can cancel from Settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access normally continues until the end of the paid period. There is no cancellation fee. Any refund or post cancellation access follows the Refund Policy and mandatory local law.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
Consumers in some countries, including the United Kingdom and European Economic Area, may have a statutory cooling off or withdrawal right. The period, exclusions and effect of requesting immediate digital performance vary by location. The Withdrawal Instructions and Refund Policy explain how to make a request. Mandatory local rights always prevail.
Acceptable use
Use Fitivve lawfully and treat other members with respect. Do not share other members' stories, photos or messages outside the community, do not post medical advice, and do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or resell any part of the service.
Your content and our content
You keep ownership of everything you record. You give us the limited permission we need to store it and to run the features you use, including sending relevant entries to our AI providers to generate your coach replies. All Fitivve branding, software, recipes and written content remain ours and may not be copied or redistributed commercially without permission.
AI features
FitivveAI produces lifestyle guidance based on what you log. It can be wrong, it does not replace professional care and it must never be used for medical decisions. In an emergency contact your local emergency service.
Availability and liability
We take reasonable care in providing Fitivve but do not promise uninterrupted or error free service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer guarantees. Any other limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by the law that applies to you.
Changes, ending and law
We may update features, pricing or these terms. We will provide reasonable advance notice of a material change where required and explain when it takes effect. You may cancel before a new recurring price applies. We may suspend access for serious misuse, security risk or legal necessity, with notice where reasonably possible.

International availability
Fitivve is offered only in locations where we choose to make it available. You are responsible for confirming that you may lawfully use the service where you live. We may restrict registration, features or payment methods by country. Any mandatory consumer protections in your country continue to apply.
Orders and contract formation
The product, billing period, total price, currency, applicable taxes and renewal terms are shown before you place an order. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when the merchant of record confirms payment and sends the order confirmation. If an order cannot be accepted, the payment will not be captured or will be returned.
Prices, currency and taxes
Prices may be displayed in euros, pounds, dollars or another supported currency. The checkout price and currency control your purchase. Unless checkout states otherwise, required indirect taxes are included or calculated before payment. Your bank may charge foreign exchange or international transaction fees, which Fitivve does not control.
Payment provider
Our payment provider acts as merchant of record for paid memberships. It processes payment details, tax calculation, invoices, refunds and chargebacks under its own terms and privacy notice. Fitivve does not store full card details.
Consumer guarantees and local rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded in your country, including rights relating to digital services that are not supplied with reasonable care or do not match their description. Any stated refund policy is additional to mandatory statutory rights.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections or the right to bring a claim in a court or dispute forum available under the law of your country of residence. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.
Technology used to deliver the service
Fitivve is delivered using third party technology providers, including hosting, our cloud backend, AI model providers, payment processing by Paddle as merchant of record, and email delivery. These providers are listed on our Service Providers and Tools page, and their availability can affect parts of the service. Optional community and scheduling tools are governed by their own terms once you choose to use them.
