This owner issued policy is designed for international use but is not a substitute for advice from qualified lawyers in every country where Fitivve is offered. Local consumer, privacy and health data laws may give you additional rights and always prevail where they cannot lawfully be limited.
Fitivve and Mostyn Enterprise
Fitivve is a brand of Mostyn Enterprise F.Z.E, a Free Zone Establishment registered in Ajman, United Arab Emirates under licence 56703, registered address Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Premises B.C. 1306485, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. Who we are
Fitivve is a lifestyle coaching and technology platform. It is not a medical provider. The responsible legal entity and contact details are set out below.
What we collect
We may collect account and contact details, country and language, onboarding and profile answers, lifestyle and wellbeing records you choose to enter, measurements, photos, journal entries, coach conversations, consent and preference records, transaction references, support messages, and technical or usage information. Our payment provider handles full payment card details and acts as merchant of record for purchases.
Special category health data
Some information you choose to record may be treated as health data or sensitive personal data. Where the law requires it, we process this data with your explicit consent. Optional health features can be left unused. You may withdraw consent in Settings or by contacting us, without affecting processing already carried out lawfully. We will then stop the consent based processing unless another legal duty requires limited retention.
Why we process it, and our legal basis
We process data to provide and secure the service, administer accounts and purchases, answer support requests, personalise requested features, meet legal obligations and improve reliability. Depending on local law, our basis may be performance of a contract, compliance with law, consent, or legitimate interests that do not override your rights. Marketing and optional sensitive data processing use consent where required.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers and professional advisers who need it for the purposes described here, with authorities where lawfully required, or in a safeguarded business transfer. Optional AI features may send relevant entries to AI service providers to generate the response you requested. Coach conversations are not intentionally provided for third party model training.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including while your account is active, for a limited period after cancellation so you can export it, and as needed for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention or dispute obligations. Current operational targets are 12 months after cancellation for account content and 24 months for an unused waitlist record, unless you request earlier deletion or law requires a different period. Retention may also depend on record type and jurisdiction.
Your rights
You can use Settings to access, export or delete account data, or contact privacy@fitivve.com for other requests. We aim to respond within one month, but a different statutory period may apply where you live. You may be entitled to complain to your local privacy or data protection authority.
Security
We use organisational and technical safeguards intended to protect personal data, including access controls and restricted administrative access. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong unique password and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Children
Fitivve is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Where this notice applies
This notice applies internationally to Fitivve websites, apps, coaching, waitlist, community and support services. Local law may provide additional protections. Where a local requirement conflicts with this notice, the mandatory local requirement applies.
International transfers
Fitivve and its service providers may process data in countries other than the country where you live. Where transfer rules apply, we use a lawful transfer mechanism appropriate to the relevant countries, such as approved standard contractual clauses, an applicable adequacy decision or another recognised safeguard. You may contact us for information about the safeguard relevant to your data.
Service providers and disclosures
We use providers for hosting, authentication, email, customer support, payments and optional AI features. They receive only the data needed for their role and are subject to appropriate contractual restrictions. A payment provider acting as merchant of record may process billing data under its own privacy notice. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business reorganisation subject to appropriate safeguards.
Rights across jurisdictions
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know about, access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your data, object to or opt out of certain processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision about a request. We do not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. We may verify your identity and may decline or limit a request only where the law permits.
Complaints and representatives
Contact privacy@fitivve.com first so we can try to resolve your concern. You may also complain to the data protection, privacy or consumer authority where you live. If local law requires Fitivve to appoint a representative or provide additional country specific information before offering the service there, that information will be made available for that market.

Our Service Providers and Tools page lists every technology provider we rely on, including hosting on Lovable, our Supabase backend through Lovable Cloud, AI models from OpenAI and Google routed through the Lovable AI Gateway, Paddle for payments, Resend for transactional email, Google Analytics on marketing pages only, and optional WhatsApp communities and Calendly scheduling.
