Fitivve and Mostyn Enterprise
Fitivve is a brand of Mostyn Enterprise F.Z.E, a Free Zone Establishment registered in Ajman, United Arab Emirates under licence 56703, registered address Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Premises B.C. 1306485, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. How to read this list
Fitivve is operated by Mostyn Enterprise F.Z.E. To run the app we rely on a small number of trusted technology providers, sometimes called processors or subprocessors. This page lists each provider, what it does inside Fitivve and the kind of information it can process on our behalf. We keep it current and update it when a provider changes.
Hosting and application delivery
The Fitivve website and member app are built and delivered on the Lovable platform, which hosts the application code, serves pages and runs our server side functions. It processes technical request data such as IP address, device and browser information and error logs so the service can run securely.
Database, accounts and file storage
Your account, profile, diary entries, check ins, weight and measurement history, habits, goals, journal text and uploaded photos are stored in our managed cloud backend, provided by Supabase through Lovable Cloud. Access is protected by row level security, so records are readable only by your account and by authorised Fitivve staff where support requires it.
Sign in with Google
If you choose Sign in with Google, Google verifies your identity and returns your name, email address and profile picture. We never receive your Google password. You can also create an account with an email address and password instead.
AI coaching, safety screening and insights
FitivveAI runs through the Lovable AI Gateway, which routes requests to large language models provided by OpenAI (GPT family) and Google (Gemini family). These models generate coach replies, screen messages for medical safety boundaries, suggest diary entries from what you write, create journal reflections, weekly recaps, insights and editorial content. The text, and any photo you send to the coach, is transmitted to the selected model to produce the response. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Voice features
If you use hold to talk or read aloud, your recording is converted to text, and coach replies are converted to audio, using speech models from OpenAI through the same gateway. Audio is processed to produce the transcript or the spoken reply and is not used to build advertising profiles. Voice features are optional and can be avoided by typing instead.
Payments
Fitivve Pro subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, card processing, invoicing, taxes and refunds, and receives your billing details. Full card numbers are never stored by Fitivve. Paddle's own terms and privacy notice apply to the payment itself.
Transactional email
Account and service emails such as sign in confirmations, booking confirmations, data export links and account deletion confirmations are delivered through Resend. Resend processes your email address and the content of those messages so they can be delivered.
Analytics on marketing pages
Google Analytics runs on our public marketing pages only, to understand which pages are useful and how people find us. It is not initialised inside the member app, on the authentication screens or in the admin area. Analytics cookies load only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.
Optional community and scheduling tools
Community groups are hosted on WhatsApp, provided by Meta. Joining is entirely optional and requires your phone number and separate opt in, after which Meta's terms and privacy notice apply to those conversations. Discovery conversations and coaching calls may be scheduled through Calendly, which processes the name, email address and time slot you submit. Group sessions may run on a video conferencing provider named in the invitation.
Agent and app integrations
Fitivve offers an optional integration interface that lets an assistant you control connect to your Fitivve data. Nothing is shared until you sign in and expressly authorise that connection, the connection is limited to the permissions shown at the time, and you can revoke it at any time in Settings.
Where processing happens
Our providers may process data in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the United States and other countries. Where personal data leaves your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism, together with the provider's own security commitments. More detail is in our Privacy Notice.
How we choose and control providers
We use the smallest set of providers we can. Each provider is engaged under a written agreement, may process personal data only on our documented instructions and only for the purpose described here, and is expected to maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures. We review this list when we add, replace or remove a provider.
Changes and contact
We may add or change providers as the product develops. Material changes are reflected on this page and, where required, communicated to members. Questions about this list, or a request for further detail, can be sent to privacy@fitivve.com.
